There was a picture I found when I was drawing this of an Israeli Spec Ops guy with one that had a huge silencer like this on it, but I since cannot find it.
Thanks for commenting!

I probably should though, I'd probably enjoy them...
I made this guy as a request from a friend of mine. I think he's aiming towards making a short comic series or something.

By the way, how did you make that background? It looks cool is all.

Never stop trying.

I'm pretty terrible with backgrounds and I usually just mess about with something abstract like this. The first step was to make a brown-white gradient with the gradient tool across the canvas. Second I got the pen tool set to a dark brown and basically went nuts with it and scribbled all over the place. That's what makes the curvy thing in the background.
Pen tool does weird things and turns into a vector or something, so you have to right click -> rasterise layer before you can do much with it. Then I think I turned the opacity of the layer down to about 20 so it wasn't a solid block anymore and it blended into the rest of the background.
The bands across and down the page were just using the square marquee (selecet bow thing) to make a stripe and then put low-opacity black in them to turn the stripe slightly darker.
Anyhow, hope that helps, glad you liked the BG. Backgrounds are a nightmare for me and it's good to get some positive feedback on them.
